► Course Problems
Occasionally a student may have a query about or a problem with their course. Although the initial course of action should be to speak to your Personal Tutor or Course Director the Union Support Service can help if you are not satisfied with the outcome or are not sure who to approach.
Course problems are anything aside from appeals and complaints; for example, wishing to retake a year or problems with the logistics of a placement.
