Whilst at university, staying healthy can be difficult. We all get cravings for high calorie, sugary foods from time to time. However Frae can satisfy those sweet desires, with a healthy touch.

There are lots of places of the kind, but Frae is located in Camden Passage in Islington. It’s so convenient you can pop out in between lectures or pick up a snack for the journey home. There are lots of topping to choose from too - Strawberries, berries, kiwi, nuts, banana and a little chocolate of course.

The Frozen Yogurt is a little tangy, so it’s no replacement for ice cream. But, being made from fresh, organic British skimmed milk it’s definitely a healthy desert. (Two words that usually don’t go next to each other) Plus if you feel like you are over doing the healthiness, sprinkle on those brownies - they are oh so delicious!

Prices are around £3.00 but depend on the size and the number of toppings you get.
