► Union Support Service
One of the key areas of the Students’ Union is giving advice. We run a support service to help students with academic issues such as constructing appeals, complaints, academic misconduct and disciplinaries.
The Unon Support Service has a dedicated team of Support Volunteers who can assist and help represent you to the University. As well as supporting students individually, our advice team are consistently working alongside the University, providing essential feedback and improving the University systems and procedures. Our service is confidential and independent of the University. Our professional and friendly team are on hand to answer any queries you may have related to your time at City.
