REGISTRATION HAS NOW CLOSED
Students who are interested in standing in the elections can register their candidacy by completing and handing in their registration form along with their manifesto and photo.
Monday 15th March 6.00pm – 7.00pm Candidates Training Meeting AG07
Compulsory meeting for all students who have registered to take part in the elections. You must attend this meeting to continue on in the elections
Wednesday 17th March 9.00am Campaigning Starts
Start your campaign get your posters up and displayed, write something on your campaign facebook page or upload a video. But make sure that you have gotten permission first!
Wednesday 24th March 9.45am – Wednesday 31st March 12.00pm (Midday) Voting
Voting is online. If you wish you can cast your vote in the Students’ Union Main Office between 9.30am – 5.00pm. Or from any computer since voting is online but only until voting is closed.
Tuesday 23rd March 12.00pm (Midday) – 2.00pm Question Time: The Venue Ten Squared Northampton Square
Voters and Candidates get to meet and ask questions
Thursday 25th March 12.00pm (midday) – 1.00pm Question Time room CG04

Wednesday 31st March 12.30pm Results: Students Union Main Office
Results will be announced in the Students’ Union Main Office by the Deputy Returning Officer
Tuesday 6th April – Results Published
The results will be published on this website.
Tuesday 13th – Thursday 15th Newcastle NUS Conference
The 5 elected NUS delegates will attend NUS conference and then report back to the Students’ Union
