Where is the Students' Union?
We are based in the Northampton Square Campus of the University. For the Students' Union Main Office go to the main entrance of the University you will see our office on the right hand side. If you are looking for the Students' Union venue Ten Squared or the Union Shop continue walking to the right and just around the corner you will see the entrance to the venue.


What is USS (Union Support Service) and what do they do?
USS stands for the Union Support Service. If you have a comment or complaint about a department, school, or the University in general the USS can help you in the following ways: We offer confidential one-one advise on a range of issues relating to you course. We will help identify the issue and discuss various options for taking the matter further. If appropriate, the USS will canvass opinion across the wider student body. We will also set up meetings with relevant people or refer the issue to Full Time Officers for the matter to be raised at University committees (where necessary)
