The Society of East Asian Languages (SEAL) was set up with the aim to provide an unifying platform for any and all students. We pursue an interest in, and share knowledge of East Asian culture.

Whilst the Student Union offers many other societies representing national groups, SEAL differentiates itself through its aim in creating a spanning network. Therefore we plan on having plenty of diverse events based on various aspects of East Asian culture ranging from culinary gatherings to parties.

Furthermore SEAL encourages individual contribution from every member hoping to create a constant stream of information and interaction. Finally SEAL wishes to enhance student life through stimulation of the massive International Student Body here at City University.
