Vice President of Education
Their duty's include:

To be the lead officer on educational policy development and lobbying for students to get the highest quality of teaching, feedback and assessment.

To keep Executive Committee informed of national campaigns and developments on educational issues.

To be responsible for the production of reports for academic/educational committees such as APPSC and Senate.

To gain feedback through various channels on all academic matters.

To consult students both formally and informally on their academic experience and aspirations, so as to inform future strategy.

To champion the Programme Representatives network, ensuring that arrangements are made to recruit and train reps, hold the network representation day and ensure measures are in places for reward and recognition for all student reps.

To support the Student Representation Officers (SROs) in addressing academic issues at appropriate levels.

Liaise regularly with University staff at all levels, other Union Officers at City and nationally, NUS Officers and students.

Taking and active role in Union Committees such as Executive Committee and Union Council and Sub Committees as required.
