How do I contact and access the Union Advice?

You can find out how to contact us and access Union Advice here.

We aim to respond within 3 working days. If you would like to see an advisor you will first need to get in contact with us via the link above to book an appointment. We are not currently able to see students without an appointment.

What are the key deadlines I need to be aware of?

  • The deadline for submitting Extenuating Circumstances is no later than 7 calendar days from the date of the affected assessment
  • The deadline for submitting an Appeal is within 28 calendar days of the notification of your results (for taught students) or the decision regarding your registration status or examination results (for research students)
